Abstract:
The article analyzes the propaganda of the opposing forces during the civil war in Russia (1917-1922). As sources of propaganda were used propaganda texts of the proclamations (posters and leaflets). The work is done with the involvement of archival materials from the central, regional and local archives. The study methods were the principles of objectivity, historicism, systematic, integrated consideration of socio-subjective in the subject of study and the maximum possible neutrality of the relationship of the researcher to interpret and evaluate factual material. In conclusion, the authors note that if we consider the text of the leaflets, it must be noted that the Bolsheviks did not bother to complex semantic epithets aimed at the transition of the green and white to the Bolsheviks. In this regard, the impression is that in peace the elimination of white-green opposition, the Bolsheviks were not interested. In turn, the whites and greens turned to the Bolsheviks politely, pointing out their errors and mistakes, and at the same time encouraging them in their ranks. These differences, according to the authors, show the inferiority of the ideological actions of the Bolsheviks that little attention is paid to the actions aimed at the preservation of their own blood.
